Community Manager

Salary range: $60,000–$80,000 + equity.
About This Role
BAXUS is not just a marketplace. It is a community of collectors, traders, and spirits enthusiasts who care deeply about what they drink, own, and trade. We need someone who lives in that world and can make BAXUS the place where it all happens.
You will own community engagement across all channels: Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, Instagram, and in-person events. You will be the voice of BAXUS in the collector community and the voice of the community inside BAXUS.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage community channels (Discord, Telegram, social media)
- Create and run engagement programs: drops, exclusive access, collector spotlights, AMAs, tasting events
- Be the front line of user feedback, routing insights to product and engineering
- Collaborate with marketing on content, campaigns, and brand partnerships
- Moderate community spaces and maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio
- Organize and support in-person events (trade shows, tastings, launch parties)
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 2+ years managing online communities for a marketplace, brand, or collector platform
- Genuine passion for wine, spirits, or collectibles (if you already collect something, you get it)
- Native fluency in social media, meme culture, and collector psychology
- Excellent writer who can shift between casual community banter and polished brand voice
- Self-starter who does not wait for permission to try things
Strong to Have
- Experience with Web3 communities (we build on Solana)
