A single-barrel expression of Woodinville bourbon selected by Fred Minnick for his exclusive Club Marzipan group. Bottled at 111.7 proof.

This barrel was chosen by Fred and a panel of whiskey enthusiasts at the distillery in Washington. Fred and his team felt it paired the best with a steak, indicating the spirit is big and bold.

They chose barrel 13650 (sample #1 in their glass) which was described as a caramel bomb and a classic sweet style of bourbon. The barrel chosen for club marzipan was ultimately the favourite of the distillers who selected the barrel, showing just how standout this barrel is.
